Summary:

Serves as the primary operational point of contact for a multi-market customer program. Manages the program, not individual projects, by unifying Project Managers and regional teams into one accountable, consistent operation that delivers a uniform customer experience in every market.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the customer’s primary operational contact: manage escalations, weekly reporting, status calls, executive updates, and program metrics.

Provide leadership and oversight across all markets in the program, directing Project Managers without replacing their project-level roles.

Standardize processes and develop consistent reporting across all regions.

Develop, maintain, and enforce a centralized crew scheduling process with visibility into crew availability and current and future workload; shift resources between markets to protect customer schedule commitments.

Own asset management and inventory compliance, including asset tracking, material scanning, inventory accuracy, and warehouse accountability.

Remove operational bottlenecks, drive accountability, and identify risks before the customer does.

Monitor program financial performance: capture all billable contract line items, improve efficiency, eliminate waste, and raise profitability concerns early.

Evaluate organizational design and recommend a scalable structure that balances workload and maximizes efficiency.

Guide teams through system and program transitions while minimizing customer impact.

Lead through example in all areas of Ontivity safety and compliance.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands:

Must be willing to travel out of market/state for meetings with customers or to visit job sites.

May be required to work long hours and meet project deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

Program management experience with proven organizational and planning capabilities

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to interpret reports, metrics, and graphs

Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Sense of urgency and ability to manage ongoing change

Ability to collaborate and work effectively as part of a team

Valid state-issued driver’s license and good driving record; must pass a background check and drug test

Soft Skills:

Maintain effective working relationships

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Sound judgment in resolving matters of scope and complexity

Supervisory Requirements:

None (provides program-level direction and oversight to Project Managers)

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with overtime requirements.

Travel

Travel may be required for this position.

Required Education and Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); related trade school education preferred

Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but 3–5 years’ experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree
