We’re looking for a Product Owner / Business Analyst with strong experience in Loyalty Management, ideally Salesforce Loyalty Management, to join our team and help shape and deliver innovative loyalty solutions for leading brands across international markets.

🚀 What we’re looking for

• Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or Functional Consultant. 😊
• Strong understanding of loyalty programs and customer journeys.
• Experience with Salesforce Loyalty Management is preferred.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and solutions.
• Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent English and knowledge of Polish, Czech, Slovak or Hungarian.
• A pragmatic, collaborative and consulting-oriented mindset. ✨

Your future role

• Lead workshops and translate business goals into loyalty requirements, journeys and user stories.
• Own/support the backlog, roadmap, prioritization and acceptance criteria. 🌿
• Define key loyalty processes: earn & burn, tiers, benefits, promotions, challenges and member servicing.
• Translate business needs into Salesforce Loyalty Management capabilities and functional solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, data, integration, testing and business teams. 🌐
• Support demos, testing, UAT and business acceptance.
• Contribute to proposals, RFPs, client presentations and loyalty consulting.
• Lead functional workstreams, manage dependencies and build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Share knowledge and mentor junior analysts. 🚀
