Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate technical projects across all phases of the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, monitoring, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and successful delivery of projects within scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and project governance skills while ensuring adherence to established Project Management standards and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and coordinate technical projects following established Project Management standards and Q-Gate processes.
  • Support customer requirement analysis during RFP and proposal phases.
  • Define project scope, technical specifications, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and budgets.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and project resources.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Manage project changes, ensuring proper impact assessment and governance.
  • Coordinate supplier and vendor activities and participate in contract and commercial negotiations.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Track project financial performance, budget adherence, and forecast project costs.
  • Design and oversee testing, validation, and acceptance activities.
  • Ensure complete and accurate project documentation, lessons learned, and project closure activities.
  • Lead and mentor temporarily assigned project team members.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience managing technical, engineering, manufacturing, IT, or customer-facing projects.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience working with cross-functional and international teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and risks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent Project Management certification.
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial automation, energy, engineering services, or technology environments.
  • Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools.
  • Experience managing external customer projects.
