Role Summary

We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer to develop impactful visual content for branding, marketing, corporate communications, employer branding, and digital campaigns while ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design marketing collateral, brochures, reports, presentations, social media creatives, and digital assets.
  • Create branding materials for events, exhibitions, campaigns, and corporate initiatives.
  • Support leadership communications, employer branding, and employee engagement campaigns.
  • Develop basic motion graphics, videos, GIFs, and multimedia content.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality creatives within timelines.
  • Maintain design assets, templates, and brand repositories.
  • Stay updated with design trends and AI-powered creative tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or digital marketing.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing print and digital design work (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; knowledge of Canva and Figma.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding.
  • Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, and motion graphics.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, Microsoft Designer, Canva AI, ChatGPT, and Midjourney.

Key Competencies
