Lead Salesforce Architect - Automotive

Your role As a Lead Salesforce Architect, you will lead the design, governance, and evolution of Salesforce solutions for global automotive clients. You will act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders, ensuring Salesforce platforms support digital transformation, dealer operations, customer experience, and AI-driven initiatives. 

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Lead architecture and solution design across, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, Field Service, and the Salesforce Platform. 

• Define architecture standards, governance models, and Salesforce best practices. 

• Advise clients on platform strategy, API architecture, integrations, data architecture, and roadmap planning. 

• Drive adoption of Data Cloud, Agentforce, AI, and intelligent automation capabilities. 

• Lead architecture reviews, technical decision-making, and platform optimization. 

• Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and delivery teams on large-scale transformation programs. 

• Ensure scalable, secure, and future-ready Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise IT strategies. 

Your profile

• Extensive experience as a Salesforce Architect, Lead Architect, or Solution Architect in complex enterprise environments.

• Strong expertise in, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and Salesforce platform architecture.

• Experience working on automotive programs and global rollouts is preferred.

• Deep understanding of automotive business processes, including dealer networks, vehicle sales, order management, aftersales, service operations, and customer experience.

• Strong expertise in API-led architecture, integration patterns, middleware platforms, and integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems such as ERP, DMS, OMS, eCommerce, CRM, and CPQ.

• Experience with Data Cloud, Agentforce, AI-driven solutions, and large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and architecture governance skills.

Preferred Qualifications 

• Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, or equivalent Salesforce certifications. 

• Experience with AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, and intelligent automation initiatives.
