Full description

1. Project Management

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of automation, digitalization, and electronic/paperless manufacturing projects.
  • Define project scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Engineering, IT, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and external vendors.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Develop project documentation, status reports, and management presentations.

2. Smart Factory & Digital Transformation

  • Identify opportunities for processing automation and digital transformation within manufacturing operations.
  • Drive smart factory initiatives to improve operational efficiency, labor productivity, and production visibility.
  • Support implementation and optimization of MES, electronic work instructions, digital dashboards, and data collection systems.
  • Establish and maintain operational KPIs and data analytics solutions.

3. Technical Support & System Management

  • Act as key technical support for:• AWS (Automated Warehouse System)
  • AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) System
  • Andon Management System
  • Manufacturing Digital Platforms
  • IoT and Industrial Automation Applications
  • Coordinate troubleshooting with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Ensure system reliability, availability, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop preventive maintenance and support processes for operation-related digital systems.

4. Process Improvement

  • Analyze manufacturing processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Lead Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives through digital technologies.
  • Drive process standardization and automation to reduce waste and increase operational performance.
  • Support implementation of operational excellence programs.

5. Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as primary project interface between Operations, IT, Engineering, and external partners.
  • Manage vendor relationships and evaluate technical solutions.
  • Conduct user training and change management activities.
  • Promote digital culture and technology adoption across the organization.

6. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure project execution complies with company policies, quality standards, EHS requirements, and regulatory expectations.
  • Maintain complete project and technical documentation.
  • Support audits related to manufacturing systems and digital applications.
