As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and strategic Project Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and deliver web development projects from ideation to
launch.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure that all teams
are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Monitor day-to-day project progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Ensure alignment with marketing initiatives, business objectives, and
global deadlines.
- Oversee the development of new website features, landing pages,
integrations, and improvements.
- Act as the main communication bridge between developers, UI/UX, QA,
marketing, and content
- Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives using
Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Effectively communicate with and manage project stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical documentation.
- Coordinate handovers between development, quality assurance, and
deployment teams.
- Maintain clear project documentation including requirements, workflows,
timelines, and release notes.
- Prepare dashboards, status reports, and KPIs for management.
- Enforce process standards for efficient delivery.
Requirements
- BSc/BA in Computer
Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in Project Management within Web Development or
Digital fields.
- Understanding of web
technologies, and deployment workflows.
- Experience with Jira, Asana,
Confluence, Figma.
- Excellent communication and
stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum.
- PMP/Prince II or/and Agile/Scrum certifications
would be considered an advantage.
