  • Business Analyst - Financial Crime Compliance (CDD/KYC & Screening)
  • Experience as a Business Analyst with strong knowledge of CDD, KYC, Customer Onboarding, and Screening processes.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Understanding of AML, Sanctions Screening, PEP, and Adverse Media compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with business, compliance, operations, and technology teams to deliver regulatory and process enhancements.
  • Support UAT, gap analysis, and stakeholder communication in Agile/Waterfall environments.
  • Preferred: Experience with tools such as Fenergo, Actimize, FircoSoft, World-Check, or LexisNexis and exposure to Banking/Financial Services/Insurance domains.
