Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned and forward-thinking Senior Full Stack Developer with 5.5 to 7.5 years of experience to drive the development of our next-generation enterprise solutions. In this role, you will lead the architecture and development of scalable, secure systems using Java, Spring Boot, and React. A critical component of this position involves spearheading the implementation of Agentic AI systems, designing multi-agent workflows, and integrating advanced LLM orchestration to build autonomous capabilities into our core platform. Experience: 5.5 - 7.5 Years Location: Pune Mode of Work: Hybrid (4 Days WFO) Education Qualification: MCA/B.E/B.Tech/MTech

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Architecture & Backend: Lead the technical design, system architecture, and development of highly scalable, distributed microservices and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.

• Frontend Excellence: Establish best practices for state management, component reusability, and frontend performance tuning using React.

• AI Innovation : Architect and deploy production-grade Agentic AI frameworks, multi-agent networks, and intelligent orchestrations (e.g., CrewAI, LangGraph, AutoGen) to solve complex operational automation problems.

• Technical Leadership: Mentor junior/mid-level developers, conduct rigorous code reviews, establish engineering standards, and champion Agile practices.

• Database & Infrastructure: Design robust database schemas (SQL/NoSQL), optimize distributed querying, and work closely with DevOps to manage containerized deployments via Docker and Kubernetes.

Required Skills:

• Core Stack: Deep, production-proven expertise in Java (11/17+), Spring Boot / Spring Cloud ecosystems, and React.

• AI & Agentic Systems: Strong practical experience engineering complex Agentic AI workflows, handling LLM memory management, custom tool calling, and multi-agent system optimization.
