As a Data Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain automated data solutions for CMP and Franchisee Performance Evaluation products. You will help transform manual and fragmented reporting into a reliable, centralized analytics ecosystem, ensuring data accuracy, validation, version control, and auditability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain automated, scalable data solutions for CMP and Franchisee Performance Evaluation.
  • Work across the full data engineering lifecycle, from ideation, architecture, and requirements to development, testing, deployment, and operational follow-up.
  • Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines, including ingestion, transformation, and serving layers for both batch and streaming data.
  • Work with data modelling and lakehouse architecture best practices.
  • Connect and consolidate data from multiple business systems into a unified and reliable data ecosystem.
  • Ensure data quality through validation, monitoring, performance optimization, troubleshooting, version control, and auditability.
  • Contribute to technical design, estimation, sprint planning, documentation, and deployment.
  • Build clean, scalable, resilient, reusable, and cost-efficient data solutions using cloud-native technologies.
  • Communicate data architectures, pipelines, and technical trade-offs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience designing and implementing end-to-end data pipelines, including batch and streaming data.
  • Hands-on experience with Databricks, including Apache Spark, Delta Lake, job orchestration, performance tuning, and environment management.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, particularly Azure Data Lake Storage.
  • Solid understanding of data modelling and lakehouse architecture.
  • Experience with DevOps practices, including Git/source control, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, environment promotion, and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Strong understanding of data engineering guidelines, release processes, data validation, monitoring, and production troubleshooting.
  • Comfortable contributing to solution design and working throughout the complete data engineering lifecycle.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts and trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.

You will work with:

  • Databricks – Apache Spark, Delta Lake, notebooks, job orchestration, and performance optimization.
  • Microsoft Azure – including Azure Data Lake Storage.
  • DevOps & CI/CD – version control, automated testing, deployment pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.

What We Offer:

  • A dynamic and innovative workplace driving advancements in cutting-edge robotic technologies
  • The opportunity to collaborate with talented cross-functional teams on meaningful and impactful projects
  • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package
  • A supportive culture that fosters continuous learning, growth, and professional development
