Join an engineering and manufacturing organization delivering turnkey cooling infrastructure for data centers and mission-critical industrial environments. The team designs and manufactures modular solutions ranging from central utility plants to coolant distribution systems, helping customers deploy complex infrastructure quickly, reliably, and at scale. This role works across engineering, fabrication, operations, vendors, contractors, and customers to move technically complex projects from contract handoff through installation, startup, acceptance, and warranty support.

- Full-time, exempt direct-hire opportunity.
- 100% onsite in Fort Worth, Texas; this position is not approved for remote work.
- Standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with occasional evening or weekend work based on project demands.

How You Will Make An Impact
- Own small to medium-sized, technically complex projects from initial contract handoff through final customer acceptance and closeout.
- Lead project and engineering kickoffs while developing execution plans, schedules, budgets, cash-flow forecasts, and resource projections.
- Review contracts, scopes of work, specifications, and customer documentation to establish clear project requirements and deliverables.
- Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, vendors, subcontractors, contractors, technicians, and customers throughout execution.
- Monitor schedules and project milestones, proactively addressing risks, dependencies, and execution issues.
- Manage project financial performance through budget tracking, man-hour monitoring, cost projections, change orders, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate fabrication-shop inspections and help resolve fabrication, installation, startup, and commissioning issues.
- Manage scope changes through established engineering and commercial change-control processes.
- Lead customer communications and maintain accountability for timely documentation and project deliverables.
- Participate in new-product-introduction gate reviews and ensure applicable gate requirements are satisfied.
- Drive project closeout, punch-list completion, final acceptance, and warranty corrective-action planning.
- Support quality processes and readiness for ISO 9001 and other applicable audits.
Requirements
Do You Bring Proven Success In Technical Project Execution?
- Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of international project and/or construction management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project schedules, budgets, scope, customer expectations, and cross-functional execution.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience managing costs, project forecasts, cash flow, change orders, or resource utilization.
- Ability to coordinate technical projects involving engineering, fabrication/manufacturing, installation, and startup activities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and enterprise resource planning systems.
- Strong customer-facing communication, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and decision-making skills.
- Self-directed work style with the ability to manage competing project priorities.
- Experience within data centers, power, oil & gas, district energy, or similar engineered infrastructure environments is preferred.
- Approximately 5 years of relevant industry experience is preferred.
- Master’s degree in construction, engineering, management, or a related field is preferred.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
