We are looking for an experienced Senior React Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#/.NET, and ASP.NET Core/Web API.

The ideal candidate will be a strong full-stack engineer with deep expertise in modern frontend development and solid backend experience across the .NET ecosystem. You will contribute to technical design, application architecture, development, testing, performance optimisation, and production support while working closely with product, engineering, QA, and other cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js.
  • Build responsive, reusable, and high-performance user interfaces using JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Develop reusable React components, hooks, services, state-management solutions, and frontend modules.
  • Design and integrate backend services using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and Web API.
  • Develop and maintain robust RESTful APIs and application integrations.
  • Work with MS SQL Server to design data-driven solutions, write efficient queries, and optimise database performance.
  • Translate functional and technical requirements into scalable, maintainable software solutions.
  • Participate in application architecture and technical design discussions.
  • Apply clean coding practices, object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
  • Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests across frontend and backend components.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering, security, and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot complex application issues and conduct root-cause analysis.
  • Optimise application performance, scalability, responsiveness, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX teams, QA engineers, DevOps, architects, and other stakeholders.
  • Support application deployment, production releases, monitoring, and issue resolution.
  • Identify opportunities for refactoring, automation, technical debt reduction, and engineering process improvements.
  • Contribute to technical documentation, coding standards, development guidelines, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers and provide technical guidance when required.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 8+ years of professional software development experience with strong hands-on expertise in full-stack web application development.
  • Strong proficiency in React.js and modern frontend development.
  • Advanced knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript, including modern ES6+ concepts.
  • Strong backend development experience using C# and .NET.
  • Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core and Web API for building scalable backend services.
  • Strong experience designing and consuming REST APIs and integrating frontend and backend systems.
  • Solid experience working with MS SQL Server, including SQL queries, database design, optimisation, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, object-oriented programming, design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean code.
  • Proven experience implementing unit testing and integration testing across application components.
  • Strong debugging, performance optimisation, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
  • Experience with Git and modern software development and CI/CD workflows.
  • Good understanding of application security, scalability, reliability, and production support practices.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to independently own complex technical deliverables while contributing effectively to a collaborative engineering team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
