Full description

Centra is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Collaborative Services Analyst to join the Information Technology Collaborative Services team. This role will be responsible for supporting, configuring, optimizing, and driving adoption of Microsoft 365 products, Microsoft Copilot, and other enterprise communication and collaboration tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Copilot. The candidate will possess excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively partner with stakeholders across the organization. Additional skills in change management, project coordination, system administration, process improvement, and issue resolution are highly desired. This is a remote role, and will work Monday-Friday, 8a-5pm.

  • Demonstrate exceptional reporting skillset that includes reports, file builds, and extracts.

  • Demonstrate exceptional ability to learn and adapt to new software applications as they are introduced to the department, organization, and college.
  • Demonstrate exceptional ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures and general business documents, department and college specific periodicals, professional journals, and government regulations.
  • Demonstrate exceptional ability to prepare, design, develop, and test new developments and enhancements.
  • Demonstrate exceptional ability in analyzing a set of presenting conditions and reach independent decisions as a result of proficiency in areas of responsibility and critical thinking skills.

Qualifications

Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year university in the field of information technology, computer science, or related field.

Required Experience: Microsoft 365 applications, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Copilot.

Required skills: Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively partner with stakeholders across the organization. Additional skills in change management, project coordination, system administration, process improvement, and issue resolution are highly desired.
