We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Project Control Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Our client is seeking an experienced professional with strong project planning, scheduling and cost-control expertise. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring project performance, coordinating project-control activities and supporting timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain and monitor integrated project schedules in line with project milestones.
  • Track actual progress against baseline schedules and identify schedule deviations.
  • Coordinate cost-control activities, budget monitoring and project forecasting.
  • Prepare periodic project-control reports, dashboards and progress updates for management.
  • Analyse schedule performance, delays, critical paths and potential project risks.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction and project-management teams.
  • Support recovery plans and corrective actions for schedule and cost variances.
  • Maintain accurate project-control documentation and performance records.

Required Skills

  • Project Controls — strong knowledge of integrated project-control processes.
  • Planning & Scheduling — ability to develop and monitor detailed project schedules.
  • Cost Control — experience monitoring budgets, commitments, actual costs and forecasts.
  • Primavera P6 — practical knowledge of project planning and schedule management.
  • Progress Monitoring — ability to measure and report project progress.
  • Delay & Critical Path Analysis — ability to identify schedule risks and deviations.
  • Project Reporting — preparation of management-level project-control reports.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of earned value management and performance measurement.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary project teams.

Work Experience Requirements

Minimum 12 years of professional experience is required, preferably in project controls, planning, scheduling or related construction project-management functions. Experience in large-scale construction or infrastructure environments is preferred.

Education

  • Minimum: Bachelor of Civil Engineering
  • Preferred: Postgraduate qualification or relevant project-management certification
  • Additional: Project-control / planning certification where applicable
