Job Description

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our infrastructure team and help operate, secure, and continuously improve our Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform.

In this role, you will work with Azure, Kubernetes, networking, Linux, and IAM technologies to provide highly available and secure authentication and authorization services. You will contribute to the full platform lifecycle, from infrastructure automation and deployment to monitoring, incident response, and continuous development.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and maintain highly available IAM and infrastructure services in production environments.

- Deploy, configure, and manage workloads running on Kubernetes and Azure.

- Administer and troubleshoot Linux-based systems and containerized applications.

- Support identity providers, authentication flows, authorization models, federation, SSO, and related IAM integrations.

- Implement infrastructure and configuration changes using automation and Infrastructure as Code.

- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable and repeatable releases.

- Monitor platform health, availability, performance, and security.

- Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, and service improvement activities.

- Apply security best practices, vulnerability remediation, access controls, and operational hardening.

- Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and disaster-recovery processes.

- Collaborate with developers, security specialists, architects, and other infrastructure teams.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

- Professional experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or infrastructure operations.

- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Microsoft Azure services and cloud infrastructure .

- Experience operating production systems with high availability and security requirements.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control, preferably Git.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and incident-management skills.

- Ability to document technical solutions and communicate effectively across teams.

- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.

- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation

 

Nice to Have

- Experience with IAM concepts and technologies such as users, groups, roles, policies, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SSO, federation, or identity provider integrations.

- Experience with Keycloak or another enterprise IAM platform.

- Experience with Helm, Kustomize, Prometheus or Grafana.

- Knowledge of security standards, threat modeling, vulnerability management, and compliance requirements.

- Experience designing backup, disaster-recovery, and business-continuity solutions.

- Relevant Azure, Kubernetes, Linux, or security certifications.
