Job Description & Requirements

THE OPPORTUNITY

As an OT Cybersecurity Senior Manager, you will lead complex, multi-workstream engagements and drive the growth of Accenture's OT Security practice. You are a recognized practitioner who can direct delivery teams, build trusted client relationships at the CISO and VP level, and contribute to business development across the OT security market. You balance strategic vision with operational accountability—ensuring delivery quality on your own accounts while actively supporting the pursuit of new business as a senior subject matter expert.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead multi-workstream OT security engagements across critical infrastructure clients—owning delivery quality, client satisfaction, and financial performance
  • Develop and execute OT security program strategies for clients, including multi-year roadmaps, governance structures, CSOC build-outs, and technology investment plans
  • Serve as a trusted senior advisor to client CISOs, VP-level leaders, and operational stakeholders on OT risk strategy, regulatory compliance (NERC CIP, TSA, CFATS), and program maturity
  • Drive client growth through relationship development, add-on scoping, and proactive identification of security capability gaps
  • Oversee and mentor a team of consultants and managers—providing technical guidance, career development, and quality assurance across deliverables
  • Serve as a senior SME on competitive OT security pursuits—shaping win strategy, contributing to RFP responses and orals preparation, and lending technical credibility to proposals across the practice pipeline
  • Lead or co-lead OT security business development efforts including opportunity qualification, client presentations, and proposal strategy
  • Represent Accenture's OT security capabilities externally through speaking engagements, industry forums, and client workshops
  • Contribute to Accenture's OT Security practice development—building reusable assets, methods, accelerators, and partnerships with OT technology vendors (Dragos, RunZero, NetRise, Claroty, etc.)
  • Manage engagement economics: staffing, forecasting, margin, risk escalation
  • Travel as required to client sites and Accenture offices (0–80% depending on engagement portfolio)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity or critical infrastructure security roles
  • Minimum 7 years of consulting experience, with a demonstrated track record delivering OT security programs to Fortune/Global 1000 or critical infrastructure clients
  • Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience, including managing, mentoring, and developing consultants and senior consultants
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading OT security assessments, program design, or managed security implementations across multiple industry verticals
  • Minimum 5 years of experience engaging with C-suite and VP-level client stakeholders on OT risk, compliance, and program strategy
  • Demonstrated experience with OT regulatory frameworks: NERC CIP, IEC 62443, TSA SD-02D, NIST CSF, DOE C2M2, or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Travel may be required for this role, varying from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
