Minimum qualifications:

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience with Android testing frameworks.
  • Experience in driving test engineering requirements and converting them into test timelines.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $138000 - $197000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

  • Navigate fast-paced, high-pressure environments by effectively prioritizing competing deadlines, maintaining operational agility, and consistently driving key project deliverables to completion.
  • Define lightweight, high-impact release criteria and automated quality gates tailored for rapid deployment cadences without sacrificing platform reliability.
  • Utilize AI and to seek opportunities to use AI/ML technologies to independently manage improvements across programs.
  • Partner with software and program manager leads to establish objective entry/exit criteria, test matrix coverage requirements, and launch sign-off standards. Serve as a channel between the Engineering teams, Program Manager, UX, Support. Independently own the quality systems, frameworks, gating criteria, and automation pipelines.
  • Own end-to-end automation coverage targets across test frameworks; ensure automated suites are continuously maintained as Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and designs evolve.
