OVERVIEW / PURPOSE
Directs Project Managers and oversees office operations across the assigned territory.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assigning all incoming projects to the respective Project Manager and or appropriate Field Technicians
- Daily communications with PM’s and/or Field Technicians to verify all jobs are scheduled, both for collection and processing per client requirements
- Assisting other Senior PM’s and PM’s as needed
- Validate the Field Tech hours match workload
- Entering jobs in TrafficLenz as needed
- Communicating and Collaborating with Director of Field Operations as required
- Spot checking video collected for proper placement and providing feedback / training as needed
- Processing of Collected data as needed
- Final QA /QC of all processed data and delivery of data to client
- Attend and participate in all Company scheduled meetings
- Perform PM and Field Technician duties as needed including out of town and/or out of state travel
- Performing other tasks as assigned, including assisting other Senior PM’s / Offices as needed
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES
- 3-5 yrs experience as either a PM or Sr PM in Traffic Data Collection
- Excellent knowledge of the traffic study industry
- Demonstrated ability to interact, listen, influence and partner in a professional and engaging manner with Director of Field Operations, Executive Team and Clients
- Attend industry events, local and out of State as needed
- Responsive to Client or internal communications, including weekends and after hours *within a reasonable time frame
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining careful attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both individually and within a team environment
- Proficient skills with Microsoft Office software including Microsoft programs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, DataCorp TrafficLenz, Miovision Datalink or other company software / programs
- Effective written, listening and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills, superior time management strategies and the ability to work with minimal supervision from an office or while traveling
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Frequent lifting of 30-50 lbs.
- Frequent bending, squatting, standing and walking
- Periodic running
- Frequent hammering of nails into the ground
- Sitting and driving for long periods of time
- Ability to work outdoors during all seasons and weather conditions
