We are seeking a skilled and experienced Test Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the testing process, ensuring the quality and reliability of our payment solutions. The role requires a strong combination of hands-on testing expertise (manual and automation), test coordination, leadership, and stakeholder communication. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective testing strategies that align with our business goals.

What you'll be doing

• Analyze product documentation, including Use Cases, User Stories, and UML Diagrams, to develop detailed test cases

• Create and maintain comprehensive test suites to ensure thorough coverage of all functionalities

• Execute manual testing to validate the functionality and performance of applications

• Experience with test automation is a plus, particularly with tools such as Playwright and Cypress

• Organize and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, ensuring stakeholder involvement, coordination, and feedback collection

• Develop and maintain a robust test strategy that aligns with project objectives and timelines

• Take ownership of day-to-day testing activities, coordinating priorities, monitoring progress, identifying blockers, and ensuring timely execution of the testing plan.

• Provide guidance, direction, and support to offshore testers, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to agreed testing practices.

• Collaborate and align with the TOP Overall Test Lead to ensure cohesive testing efforts across the organization

• Act as a key point of contact for testing-related topics, providing regular updates on test progress, risks, issues, and overall quality status

• Collaborate with project stakeholders and relevant teams to ensure effective communication, alignment, and timely resolution of testing-related topic

• Support the identification and management of testing risks, dependencies, and potential issues that could impact project timelines or quality

• Provide regular reporting on testing activities, progress, key findings, risks, and overall test status.

What you'll bring along

• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics/ or similar field of study/or equivalent working experience is required

• At least 5 years demonstrable experience in a Test Manager / Test Lead role

• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices

• Experience with test automation frameworks, particularly Playwright

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex documentation and translate it into actionable test cases

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Experience in organizing and conducting User Acceptance Testing

• Proficiency in Azure DevOps for test management and tracking is a plus

• Ability to mentor and guide team members, particularly offshore testers

• Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus

• Excellent command of both spoken and written English
