What's the Role?
Our SAP Sales & Distribution team is responsible for the design, build and support of Quote-to-Bill solutions within the broader Order-to-Cash process, with a focus on Order Management, Pricing, Billing Plans, and Billing. We integrate SAP with other modules and legacy Bloomberg systems and stay abreast of new SAP technologies to improve our systems and processes and provide value to our team and business counterparts.
We'll trust you to:
- Configure and support SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), with a strong focus on Order Management, Pricing, Billing Plans, and Billing
- Design and optimize end-to-end Quote-to-Bill processes, including order capture, pricing, billing plan execution, invoicing, and revenue recognition
- Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions, leveraging standard SAP whenever possible
- Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and propose practical solutions
- Stay current on new SAP functionality and understand complex system landscapes integrated with legacy systems
- Be a self-directed, hard-working team member who's comfortable working independently as well as part of our highly collaborative team
You'll need to have:
- 5+ years of hands-on SAP SD configuration experience, with strong experience in Order Management, Pricing, Billing Plans, and Billing
- Experience working with complex, highly customized SAP landscapes and integrations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Business, Operations, or equivalent field
- Project management skills using a formal project methodology, including requirements gathering, design, SAP configuration, testing, training, and cutover
- Experience collecting and documenting detailed business requirements and translating them into system requirements
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify root causes and resolve application issues
- Experience preparing and executing unit and integration testing, documenting results, and managing defects
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documenting designs and solutions
We'd love to see:
- Experience with subscription-based, recurring, or usage-based billing models
- Experience with SAP BRIM or other subscription and usage-based billing platforms such as Zuora, BillingPlatform, Aria Systems, or Gotransverse
- A self-starter who's capable of leading requirements-gathering sessions and handling issue resolution
- Demonstrable ability to keep current on new SAP functionality and understand complex system landscapes deeply integrated with legacy systems
- Experience training users in systems, processes, and procedures, and preparing training materials such as user guides and demos
Salary Range = 130,000 - 170,000 USD Annual + Benefits + Bonus
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
