The Opportunity
We are seeking a curious, detail-oriented Data Analyst who can transform complex information into clear, actionable insights. In this role, you will partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to identify trends, improve reporting, and support decisions that strengthen business performance. If you enjoy solving problems, asking thoughtful questions, and making data understandable, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Build and maintain dashboards, recurring reports, and performance scorecards.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, then communicate findings in a clear business context.
- Partner with stakeholders to define reporting needs, metrics, and success measures.
- Improve data quality, reporting consistency, and analytical processes.
- Translate business questions into practical analyses and recommendations.
- Present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business, finance, statistics, information systems, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience analyzing data and developing reports or dashboards.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with SQL and a business intelligence tool such as Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
- Ability to organize complex information, recognize patterns, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Strong written, verbal, and data-visualization skills.
- A collaborative mindset, sound judgment, and the initiative to investigate beyond the initial request.
