Full Stack Developer (MERN / MEAN)

Role Summary

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience across the MERN/MEAN stack to design, build, and maintain web applications and APIs for client-facing and internal automation platforms. The role involves close collaboration with solution architects, UI/UX designers, and QA to deliver scalable, production-ready features end to end.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js or Angular on the front end.
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js/Express.js.
  • Design and manage data models and queries in MongoDB (or a relational database, as applicable).
  • Integrate front-end components with backend services and third-party APIs.
  • Write clean, modular, well-documented, and testable code following established coding standards.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical design discussions.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues within agreed SLAs.
  • Collaborate with QA to define test cases and ensure application quality before release.
  • Support deployment and CI/CD processes in coordination with DevOps.

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have:

  • 2–4 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Hands-on experience with React.js or Angular for front-end development.
  • Hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.js for backend development.
  • Working experience with MongoDB or another NoSQL/relational database.
  • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with Git and standard branching/PR workflows.

Good to have:

  • Understanding of authentication/authorization patterns (JWT, OAuth).
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) for deployment.
  • Experience with state management libraries (Redux, NgRx, Context API).
  • Familiarity with Docker and basic CI/CD pipelines.
  • Exposure to unit/integration testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Jasmine).
  • Awareness of AI/automation tooling (Azure OpenAI, RAG, LangChain) is a plus.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional and client-facing teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced delivery environment.
