We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of a strategic cybersecurity transformation project focused on expanding an existing Cyber Defense Center into a 24/7 security monitoring and incident response capability.

You will coordinate multiple workstreams, external vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery within the agreed scope, timeline, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain the integrated project plan across multiple workstreams, vendors, and internal teams.
- Establish and manage project governance, including weekly status meetings, RAID logs, steering committee preparation, and milestone readiness.
- Coordinate technology vendors, managed security service providers, and internal IT teams.
- Track vendor deliverables, contractual commitments, acceptance criteria, deadlines, and change requests.
- Drive the project critical path from solution design through pilot execution and production go-live.
- Coordinate the integration of cybersecurity platforms with the existing ITSM environment.
- Support the definition of the operational model, including escalation procedures, runbooks, and service handover.
- Consolidate project status reporting for IT management, highlighting progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions required.
- Ensure effective stakeholder communication and maintain accountability across all project participants.
