Principal Software Engineer (Ruby on Rails)

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of professional backend web application development experience
  • Strong experience with Ruby on Rails
  • JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
  • REST APIs and web services
  • Scalable web application design principles
  • Git and Continuous Integration (CI) tools
  • Testing frameworks, including unit and integration testing
  • Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
  • Experience optimizing application performance and scalability
  • Technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
