Responsibilities

• Define and oversee the end-to-end solution architecture for large-scale Java-based systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

• Lead the integration of DevOps practices, utilizing tools like Maven, Git, and Autosys to streamline deployment pipelines and enhance operational efficiency.

• Design and implement secure, efficient REST APIs and batch processing workflows using Spring Boot and Spring Batch technologies.

• Manage system performance through advanced memory management techniques and optimize RPM packaging for seamless distribution.

• Guide the adoption of emerging technologies, including Agentic Frameworks and Model Fine-Tuning, to modernize existing architectures.

• Ensure cross-platform compatibility and stability by leveraging Linux environments for development and production testing.

• Mentor development teams on architectural best practices, code quality, and the effective application of Spring ecosystem components.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of 14 years of hands-on experience in software development and solution architecture within the IT Services domain.

• Demonstrate profound proficiency in core Java programming, Spring Boot, and the construction of RESTful web services.

• Exhibit strong command over DevOps tools and practices, specifically Maven, Git, Autosys, and Linux administration.

• Have proven experience in performance tuning, including memory management and RPM packaging strategies.

• Show familiarity with modern architectural patterns, including Agentic Frameworks and Model Fine-Tuning applications.

• Display a track record of designing and implementing complex batch processing solutions using Spring Batch.

• Hold a salary expectation aligned with the market range of ₹20-25 LPA for this level of seniority.
