As a Designer in Lamudi, you will work on across departments to make creative designs that directly impacts Lamudi’s business in general and property developers across Indonesia. You will be working on projects that revolves around pitch deck design, social media or digital advertising design, print or OOH advertising design, motion graphic, and not limited to video editing. Your work will be very diverse - which will definitely make your day-to-day exciting as you will not only be in charge of one specific task, but experience a multitude of learning opportunity!

What a day at work for you will look likeBrand design and social media

  • Design social media content for several assigned brands, keeping each one visually consistent
  • Write captions and copy for each brand's posts, matching its tone of voice
  • Schedule and publish posts across the brands' social channels
  • Plan work across brands by priority, and reorder it when urgent requests come in

Ad hoc requests

  • Handle ad hoc design requests for other brands and teams across the company
  • Events: social media visuals, presentation decks and key visuals (KV)
  • Ads: ad visuals for clients
  • Client key visuals when requested

Is this you?

  • 2–4 years' experience in graphic design, ideally in-house or at an agency handling several brands
  • A portfolio showing social media content and key visuals for at least 2 different brands
  • Strong Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator skills; Canva and Figma are a plus
  • Can build clean presentation decks in PowerPoint, Google Slides or Keynote
  • Experience writing social media captions and scheduling posts on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, written and spoken
  • Delivers to tight, same-day deadlines without sloppy work
  • Organised, and able to handle several requesters and changing priorities
