This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Desenvolvedor Full Stack Java (Pleno) - Shop based in Brazil.

We are looking for a mid-level Full Stack Java Developer to design, develop, enhance, and maintain scalable web applications. In this role, you will contribute to both back-end and front-end development, building secure, reliable solutions that support evolving business needs. You will work with modern technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, React, Vue.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, and AWS cloud services. Collaborating with cross-functional product teams in an Agile environment, you will participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role emphasizes clean code, automated testing, application performance, and maintainable software architecture. You will also have opportunities to explore AI-powered development tools and workflow automation to improve engineering productivity. Accountabilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable web applications using Java and modern full-stack technologies.

• Build and maintain back-end services and REST APIs using Spring Boot, with potential integration into existing services developed with other technologies.

• Contribute to front-end development using React with Vite and Vue.js versions 2 and 3.

• Write clean, secure, well-tested, and well-documented code following software engineering best practices.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including Scrum or Kanban activities, sprint planning, and technical alignment sessions with product teams.

• Conduct and participate in code reviews, applying principles such as SOLID, Clean Code, and established design patterns.

• Optimize database queries and work with PostgreSQL and Redis to improve application performance and reliability.

• Support application stability in production by identifying issues, investigating performance bottlenecks, and implementing improvements.

• Use Git and collaborative repository workflows to manage source code, merge requests, and release changes.

• Work with AWS services, including EKS, RDS, S3, and SQS, as well as Docker or Podman for containerized development and CI environments.

• Explore and apply AI-assisted development tools and LLM integrations to streamline tasks such as ticket creation, BDD generation, and code review.

• Collaborate within domain-oriented squads focused on business areas such as payment solutions, financial improvements, and tax-related initiatives.

Requirements:

• Professional experience in full-stack software development, with strong knowledge of Java.

• Familiarity with Java versions 8, 11, 17, 21, or 25.

• Experience developing REST APIs and back-end applications with Spring Boot.

• Front-end development experience with React and Vite and/or Vue.js 2 and 3.

• Knowledge of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL, and caching solutions such as Redis.

• Experience using Git for version control, repository management, and collaborative development workflows.

• Familiarity with AWS services such as EKS, RDS, S3, and SQS.

• Experience using Docker, Podman, or similar containerization technologies in local development or CI environments.

• Understanding of software testing practices, including behavior-driven development (BDD), and the importance of delivering reliable, maintainable code.

• Ability to participate in code reviews and apply SOLID principles, Clean Code practices, and design patterns.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, sprint-based delivery, and Jira or similar project management tools.

• Experience using development environments such as IntelliJ IDEA or Eclipse; familiarity with Kiro is also relevant.

• Interest in AI-assisted software engineering, including LLM-based tools and workflow automation.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.

• Nice to have: Experience with Delphi, including its programming language and development environment.

• Nice to have: Experience automating development workflows using AI tools, MCP integrations, or LLM-powered solutions.
