Job Description & Requirements

Minimum of 5 years' experience dedicated to Global Capability Center strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation inclusive of software development and engineering for products and platforms.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, product development, or Industry X transformation, including leading and delivering complex cross-functional programs across engineering, operations, technology, and business teams.

Minimum of 1 year leveraging AI-enabled engineering tools, intelligent automation, developer productivity platforms, and data-driven engineering insights to improve innovation, delivery speed, quality, and business outcomes.
