  • Test website changes across the agent portal, policyholder portal, public-facing website, and online rating tools, including navigation, content, forms, links, permissions, data display, mobile responsiveness, and integration with IDMS.
  • Validate that website and online rating changes provide accurate information and a practical user experience for agents, policyholders, employees, and other approved users.
  • Document testing results, defects, screenshots, examples, and replication steps; clearly communicate discrepancies to project owners and developers and retest corrections.
  • Participate in project meetings, lessons-learned reviews, and post-rollout verification; identify trends and recommend improvements to specifications, testing practices, and project communication.
  • Monitor website content to ensure data, forms, personnel information, and other materials remain current and are accurately displayed for agents, policyholders, employees, and other visitors.
  • Coordinate website enhancements by gathering requirements from applicable departments. Develop mock-ups to include with specifications that will support accurate, timely programming of requested changes.
  • Maintain organized project records and supporting documentation in the designated systems and repositories.
  • Provide training, release notes, or other user guidance for completed enhancements when assigned.
