Position Summary

Level: Consultant or equivalent

As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high-quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.

Work you’ll do:

• Connect Tableau Next to Data 360 and model analytics-ready data (DMOs, Calculated Insights, Data Spaces), with attention to query performance and Data 360 credit consumption
• Build semantic data models in Tableau Semantics: relationships, grain, calculated fields, dimensions, measures and governed definitions
• Create and manage reusable metrics and KPIs, including goals and tracking
• Build visualizations and dashboards; embed them in Salesforce
• Configure data alerts for proactive monitoring of key metrics
• Configure access, sharing, workspaces and row-level security as per the approved design, aligned to the Salesforce security model
• Support requirements gathering; test, document and train business users

Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• 3 to 6 years in BI with Tableau, with Tableau Next exposure.
• Strong Tableau Desktop or Cloud background (data modeling, calculations, LOD expressions, dashboard design and performance)
• Hands-on Tableau Next delivery, or demonstrable exposure (certification, portfolio or proof of concept that includes a semantic model and dashboard)
• Working understanding of how Data 360 objects (DMOs, Calculated Insights, Data Spaces) feed Tableau Next
• SQL knowledge and sound data modeling concepts (grain, cardinality, relationships)
• Salesforce platform and security model basics

Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• Tableau and Salesforce certifications
• Familiarity with Data 360 Ingestion API, Query and Connect APIs, Zero Copy federation, consent and governance, and Data Kits
• Experience or knowledge of AI tools (MS Copilot, Claude or similar) applied in delivery, for example for mapping, documentation or code assistance, is an added advantage

· Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent from accredited university
