Role Overview

As a Manager in our OT Cybersecurity team, you’ll take ownership of client engagements end-to-end — leading delivery, shaping strategy, and building the kind of trusted relationships that turn a project into a long-term partnership. You’ll bring together multidisciplinary teams, provide technical and strategic direction, and represent Accenture Security at senior client levels.

You’ll also play an active role in growing the practice — contributing to pursuits, developing new offerings, and identifying opportunities to expand our presence with key clients across the region.

What You’ll Do

Engagement Leadership

  • Own end-to-end delivery of OT cybersecurity consulting engagements — from client discovery and problem framing through solution design, implementation, and handover
  • Lead cybersecurity assessments, maturity reviews, gap analyses, and risk assessments across OT and critical infrastructure environments
  • Develop and present strategies, roadmaps, business cases, target operating models, and transformation plans to senior client audiences

Technical & Advisory Leadership

  • Advise clients on OT cybersecurity strategy, governance, architecture, risk, and operating model design
  • Provide technical leadership across architecture, engineering, and solution design — ensuring outputs are both strategically sound and practically implementable
  • Oversee the design and implementation of cybersecurity solutions, maintaining quality and alignment with client requirements and industry standards

Team & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead and develop multidisciplinary consulting and engineering teams — managing delivery, quality, timelines, and client expectations
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a credible and reliable cybersecurity advisor
  • Lead executive workshops, solution presentations, and stakeholder engagement sessions

Business Development

  • Support and lead proposals, RFP responses, and client pursuits
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships and develop new cybersecurity services and capabilities within the MEA market
  • Contribute to thought leadership, practice development, and Accenture Security’s profile in the region

Experience

  • 8–12+ years of cybersecurity experience, with significant time spent in consulting or professional services environments
  • Proven track record leading cybersecurity consulting engagements and managing multidisciplinary delivery teams
  • Strong experience across cybersecurity strategy, risk, governance, architecture, and transformation — ideally with OT or critical infrastructure exposure
  • Experience leading solution design, engineering, and implementation in complex client environments
  • Demonstrated involvement in business development — proposals, client pursuits, or account growth

Knowledge & Skills

  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards relevant to OT and critical infrastructure (IEC 62443, NIST CSF, NCA ECC, SAMA CSF, IEC 62443)
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills — comfortable advising C-suite and senior technical audiences
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams while maintaining delivery quality and client confidence
  • Sharp commercial awareness — able to spot and develop opportunities within existing and new client relationships

Certifications (Desirable)

  • CISSP, CISM, CRISC, SABSA, TOGAF, or equivalent

Industry Exposure (Preferred)

  • Energy, utilities, oil & gas, manufacturing, or other critical infrastructure sectors — particularly relevant given the MEA client landscape
