Full description

This is a remote position.

We're looking for a Frontend Developer to deliver scoped UI enhancements and comprehensive automated test coverage for a production SaaS product that integrates with Coupa and other enterprise systems.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of hands-on React and TypeScript development in a production application, against an existing design system or component library.
  • Strong understanding of React component architecture, hooks, state management, forms, and component composition; hands-on with React 18 and modern build tooling such as Vite.
  • Experience working with API-driven web applications and JSON-based REST APIs.
  • Strong hands-on automated testing experience with Jest, plus Playwright or Cypress for functional and end-to-end testing.
  • Experience writing component/integration tests for React applications and designing regression suites that meaningfully protect against defects.
  • Experience with contract testing against versioned APIs (Pact or equivalent), including detecting and investigating contract drift.
  • Experience building automated tests for data mapping, transformation, and integration workflows, including customer-specific configurations.
  • Experience on a production SaaS application, ideally multi-tenant, including testing with role-based access control (RBAC).
  • Hands-on accessibility testing and remediation against WCAG 2.1 AA (keyboard navigation, focus management, ARIA, contrast, screen-reader compatibility).
  • Experience with Git, pull requests, and code review, plus CI pipeline familiarity — able to read and resolve failing build, test, coverage, and quality gates.
  • Excellent written English for test documentation, defect reporting, and compliance evidence.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor), and able to describe how you use them in your workflow.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Coupa or other enterprise procurement/ERP platforms.
  • Experience validating frontend behavior against backend integration data and API contracts in an enterprise/ERP-integrated product.
  • Visual regression testing and/or Storybook experience.
  • Experience with accessibility automation tools such as axe or equivalent.
  • Experience producing structured test evidence for an audit, compliance, or quality-management program.
  • Experience working under formal audit, compliance, change-management, or release-management requirements.
  • Experience creating non-production demo environments or mock data for sales and pre-sales teams.
