Full description

  • Conducts special analysis and end-use test of flour and premix samples
  • Evaluates deliveries of non-wheat materials such as flour ingredients and packaging materials in accordance with established sampling plan/procedure
  • Gives disposition on deliveries promptly, prepares material release report based on evaluation results
  • Prepares rejection notice to all non-conforming deliveries
  • Conducts microbiological analysis
