About the Role

Location: Remote – Michigan residents

As an Account Project Manager supporting Morley's Meetings & Incentives (M&I) group, you'll partner with clients and program leads to successfully plan and execute initiatives from start to finish.

collaborate across functions, manage project execution, facilitate client discussions and help deliver exceptional experiences.

Work Location This is a remote role with periodic travel to the Detroit, Michigan, area to meet with clients.

What You'll Do

  • Work with clients and internal M&I partners to understand program goals, align expectations and guide projects from initiation through completion
  • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets and presentation materials that keep teams aligned and projects moving forward
  • Schedule, prepare for and lead client and internal meetings
  • Facilitate discussions, communicate status updates, document decisions and action items, and follow up to ensure completion
  • Coordinate with cross-functional resources and stakeholders to deliver projects on time, in scope and within budget
  • Keep work on track by monitoring project risks, dependencies and milestones, tracking deliverables and driving timely resolution of issues.
  • Build polished client-facing communications and presentations that clearly convey recommendations, progress, results and next steps

Skills for Success

Required Skills Project Management

  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects within scope, schedule, budget and quality requirements
  • Skilled in developing project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, resource plans, status reports and risk-mitigation strategies
  • Experience leading client and internal project meetings, documenting decisions and action items, and ensuring follow-through
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including developing client decks, project documentation and client-facing materials

Communication & Collaboration

  • Excellent written, verbal, facilitation and presentation skills, with a professional client presence
  • Able to build strong working relationships and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, and client stakeholders

Work Style

  • Client-focused approach with a commitment to providing excellent service and exceeding expectations
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and sound judgment, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines

Eligibility Requirements

  • Must have the ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
  • 10+ years of experience managing complex projects, programs or live events from initiation through completion
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to work Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern time. Flexible to support after standard work hours or on weekends if needed to complete high-priority projects or accommodate client/program schedules.
  • Able to travel to the Detroit area as required
