We are looking for a strategic SAP CO Business Analyst to serve as the functional bridge between Finance, Operations, and IT. This is a high-visibility role where your expertise in product costing and process optimization will directly influence the efficiency of our global manufacturing footprint.

**Your Impact at Siemens**

As our functional expert, you will drive the synergy between operational data and financial intelligence. Your role is strategically divided to ensure both deep technical focus and broad financial integration:

**1. SAP Controlling Excellence**

  • Architect of Costing: Act as the primary expert for SAP CO processes, ensuring that Product Costing (CO-PC) and Cost Object Controlling accurately reflect our manufacturing reality.
  • Operational Bridge: Drive the seamless integration between SAP CO and Production Planning (PP), ensuring that plant operations and finance are perfectly aligned.
  • Strategic Analysis: Lead monthly cost closing activities, variance analysis, and profitability reporting (CO-PA) to provide actionable insights for executive decision-making.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify, document, and implement process enhancements that scale across our business transformations and upgrades.

**2. Financial Synergy & Support**

  • FI-CO Integration: Ensure harmony between Controlling and General Ledger (FI-GL), Accounts Payable/Receivable, and Asset Accounting.
  • Compliance & Audit: Provide expert-level support for internal and external audits, ensuring cost-related accounting reconciliations meet global standards.

**What You Bring to the Team**

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP CO, specifically within complex manufacturing environments.
  • Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, and Settlement Rules.
  • The S/4HANA Edge: Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA, Material Ledger, and Actual Costing is highly desirable and will be a key differentiator.
  • Consulting Mindset: The ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable functional solutions with a focus on stakeholder management.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, IT, or Business Administration.
  • Languages: Advanced English proficiency (B2+ or higher) to collaborate effectively with our international teams.

**Preferred Industry Background**

We value candidates who understand the rhythm of large-scale industrial operations. Experience in the following sectors is a plus:

  • Automotive, Industrial Equipment, Electronics, or Consumer Goods.

**Why Join Us?**

At Siemens, you will work at the forefront of digital transformation. We offer an environment where your analytical skills meet real-world application, supported by a culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion. We believe that diverse perspectives drive the innovation needed to create technology that transforms the everyday.
