Could you be the full-time Fleet Data Analyst in Hennigsdorf we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your technical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the seamless collection, analysis, and evaluation of critical data to enhance maintenance and operational performance. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Engineering, Service Centers, and suppliers), assess the quality of data sources, and provide actionable insights based on your analyses—and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of integrating operational data into analysis environments for technical evaluations, but also conducting in-depth assessments of diagnostic systems and data trends.
We’ll look to you for
- Ensuring data collection from relevant sources, such as TCMS, TrainScanner, infrastructure systems, and sensors
- Analyzing the technical performance of data collection systems and evaluating the quality of existing data sources
- Identifying additional data sources, including new sensor technologies
- Performing targeted analyses of predefined indicators and key focus areas, such as increased failure rates or wear patterns
- Graphically preparing data trends and evaluating maintenance and reliability parameters
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to validate and clarify technical findings

- A completed technical education or vocational training (e.g., state-certified technician or equivalent) with relevant professional experience
- Proficient in English. German is a plus.

- Knowledge of data analysis methodologies and tools
- Self-reliant, structured, and results-oriented working style
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
