abra professional services is seeking a Salesforce Project Manager!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the Salesforce team’s Scope of Work, in collaboration with other technical project managers, while balancing ongoing development requests with large-scale strategic initiatives.
  • Lead cross-organizational technical projects within the Salesforce environment, collaborating with other project managers throughout the entire project lifecycle — from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation and post-go-live support.
  • Lead requirements-gathering sessions with users, take ownership of finalizing requirements and designing solutions, and collaborate with development teams to ensure proper implementation.
  • Lead technical planning discussions, negotiate requirements, and build consensus among business and technical stakeholders.
  • Implement solutions using Salesforce’s built-in tools and capabilities.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience managing technical projects in an enterprise environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, demonstrating strong platform knowledge, a deep understanding of its capabilities, and familiarity with its various solution types.
  • Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into practical, implementable Salesforce solutions.
  • Experience building solutions for business users on the Salesforce platform.
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and engage in professional discussions with engineers regarding architecture, dependencies, and risks.
  • Experience managing integrations between Salesforce and external systems and applications.
  • A proactive approach to leveraging AI tools throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery and analysis to solution design and implementation.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to dive deep into technical solutions.
  • Experience working with Salesforce Omni-Channel — an advantage.
