Full description

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD, FRD, Use Cases), and act as a Product Owner to drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from requirement gathering through development, testing, and release.
  • Work closely with global technology teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Coordinate product testing, defect analysis, and feature validation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, resolve issues, and improve processes.
  • Manage Agile ceremonies and track requirements using Jira and Confluence.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
  • Support end-to-end project delivery from requirement gathering through implementation.
  • Communicate platform updates, enhancements, and project status to stakeholders.

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years of Business Analysis experience.
  • Strong experience in BRD, FRD, Use Cases, User Stories, and process documentation.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and BA documentation tools.
  • Basic SQL skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
