About the Role

Join the security team at a growing AI software company building an enterprise platform for AI agents. You will partner with product engineers to make security a practical part of software development and help protect sensitive customer data as the platform scales.

What You'll Do

  • Design and implement application security controls for a multi-tenant AI platform, including secure coding practices, threat modeling, and vulnerability management.
  • Work with product engineering teams to integrate security throughout the software development lifecycle, from design through deployment.
  • Build security tooling and automation that helps developers identify and remediate vulnerabilities while maintaining delivery speed.
  • Lead security code reviews and architecture assessments, with attention to AI model integrations and customer data handling.
  • Respond to application security incidents and drive improvements based on lessons learned.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 4 years of software engineering experience, with hands-on application or infrastructure security experience, or a strong engineering background and interest in security.
  • Experience with cloud security in AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Strong CS fundamentals and the ability to communicate clearly and collaborate across engineering teams.
  • Familiarity with security tooling and practices such as CI/CD security, SAST, DAST, IAST, container security, Semgrep, or CodeQL.
  • Experience in a fast-growing technology company or startup is helpful.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $200,000 to $330,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

This is an on-site role based in San Francisco, California.
