Senior Solutions Architect – MDM

• Lead the design and implementation of Customer and Product MDM solutions.
• Act as the technical lead for MDM initiatives, providing architecture direction and oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct discovery workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with business and technology stakeholders.
• Define MDM architecture, data models, integration strategies, governance processes, and implementation roadmaps.
• Design and implement key MDM capabilities, including:• Match & Merge
• Survivorship Rules
• Hierarchy Management
• Golden Record Management
• Data Stewardship
• Data Quality

• Collaborate with business leaders to define master data strategies and governance frameworks.
• Design integrations between MDM platforms and enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, eCommerce, and analytical systems.
• Lead architecture discussions, solution reviews, and stakeholder presentations.
• Support project estimation, technical planning, and delivery governance.
• Mentor technical teams and establish best practices for MDM implementations.
• Manage technical risks, dependencies, and overall solution quality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Data Architecture, or Master Data Management.
• Proven experience leading Customer and Product MDM implementations.
• Strong hands-on experience with MDM architecture, design, and implementation.
• Deep understanding of master data management concepts, including:• Match/Merge
• Survivorship
• Hierarchy Management
• Golden Record Creation
• Data Stewardship
• Reference Data Management

• Experience with data integration, data quality, and data governance initiatives.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application integration patterns.
• Ability to lead technical teams and drive solution delivery.
• Experience facilitating workshops and discovery sessions with business stakeholders.
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to engage with executives, business users, and technical teams.
• Experience working in consulting or professional services environments.
