What will you do?

• Drive the execution of multiple business-critical projects by identifying needs, removing roadblocks, and aligning priorities.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of current systems, tools, and processes.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to shape technical strategies and deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and digital transformation.

Requisitos

Minimum Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering with strong hands-on experience developing backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, including SQL and MySQL.
• Experience working with caching technologies such as Redis.
• Experience implementing and supporting CI/CD pipelines and modern software development practices.
• Experience troubleshooting, optimizing, and improving application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Proven experience leading technical initiatives, driving engineering best practices, and mentoring software engineers.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, object-oriented programming, testing strategies, and code quality standards.
• Experience working in Agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical challenges and deliver effective solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence technical decisions and align teams toward common goals.
• Demonstrated ability to lead the technical direction of projects and effectively influence engineering decisions across teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools.
• Experience supporting high-traffic, customer-facing applications.
