Overview
PERFORMANCE MEDIA PROJECT MANAGER
Are you someone who loves bringing structure to complex projects, keeping stakeholders aligned, and turning great ideas into flawless campaign execution?
We're looking for a Performance Media Project Manager to lead the client-facing and creative management side of digital campaigns. You'll act as the bridge between clients, strategy, creative, media and production teams, ensuring projects move seamlessly from briefing through approval and into technical delivery.
This role sits at the intersection of creative, media and technology, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both relationship management and operational excellence.
In this role, you will:
- Own client communication throughout briefing, creative development, feedback and approval phases
- Manage project timelines, scope, expectations and delivery readiness
- Translate campaign strategies into clear creative requirements, messaging frameworks and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Strategy, Creative, Design, Copy, Media, Production and Trafficking
- Lead review and approval cycles while consolidating feedback and ensuring alignment across stakeholders
- Maintain high documentation standards, including copy decks, asset inventories, approvals and version control
- Connect creative decision-making with campaign objectives, targeting logic and performance considerations
- Prepare comprehensive handover packages for technical production, platform setup and campaign deployment
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, with clear ownership, deadlines and next steps for all parties involved
We're looking for someone who brings:
- 3 - 4 years of experience in project management, digital campaign delivery, account management or a similar client-facing role
- Understanding of performance marketing ecosystems, including Google Ads, PPC and/or social media platforms
- Experience managing client briefings, creative development processes and approval workflows
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A structured and detail-oriented way of working
- Ability to translate business and media objectives into actionable creative requirements
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Nice to have:
- Agency background (media, digital or creative agency)
- Experience with dynamic creative optimisation (DCO), modular creative frameworks or integrated campaigns
- Familiarity with Meta Ads, DV360, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, DCM or similar tools
- Understanding of e-commerce and performance-driven campaign measurement
- Experience managing multi-market projects
