Job Description

  • Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, promoting collaboration and growth
  • Manage and improve cloud infrastructure on AWS for high availability and performance
  • Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines to support fast and reliable deployments
  • Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) to streamline provisioning and scalability
  • Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestration tools
  • Provide advanced production support, incident resolution, and root cause analysis
  • Optimize system performance, uptime, and cloud cost efficiency
  • Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and secure operational practices
  • Work closely with development and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless solutions
  • Stay updated with new technologies and recommend continuous improvements

Tools & Technologies

Youll work with:

  • AWS Cloud Services (EC2, ECS, RDS, Lambda, VPC)
  • GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins
  • Terraform / CloudFormation
  • Docker, Kubernetes
  • Bash/Python scripting
  • Monitoring tools like CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • At least 3 years in cloud infrastructure (fintech experience preferred)
  • Strong background in DevOps automation, troubleshooting, and leadership
  • Passion for continuous improvement and modern cloud practices
