The Financial Analyst will support the Finance and Accounting team by preparing reports, analyzing financial and operational data, and providing insights to support business decision-making. This role works closely with multiple departments to ensure accurate reporting and improve overall business performance.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute periodic financial and operational reports.
- Maintain information tracking databases, validate data integrity, and prepare recurring reports for management.
- Analyze expenses, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Work with Accounting, Operations, Sales, and other departments to gather required data.
- Validate and review data for accuracy and completeness before reporting.
- Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and KPI metrics.
- Provide analysis and recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Support ad hoc reporting requests.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of finance, accounting, or analytical experience (internships included).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools is a plus.
- Hybrid position; must be able to work from the office several days per week.
