Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach the team on Scrum values and practices, fostering transparency and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Support backlog refinement with a focus on clarity, prioritisation, and dependency management.
  • Track and communicate delivery metrics (throughput, velocity, lead time, and quality indicators).
  • Remove delivery impediments quickly and escalate when needed.
  • Support release planning and cross-team alignment.
  • Use Angular knowledge to guide better refinement, story slicing, and risk assessment.
  • Facilitate discussions involving Angular and C# architecture, technical debt, performance, and testing strategies.
  • Encourage shift-left testing practices and front-end quality improvements.

Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of experience, with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master or project manager.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and coaching experience.
  • Practical knowledge of C# and Angular, including components, routing, forms, and testing frameworks.
  • Experience with Jira.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.

Nice-to-Have

  • Certifications such as PSM I/II or CSM.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and performance optimisation.
