Job Description
- Drive product strategy and roadmap for industrial power supply products across EMEA.
- Collaborate with R&D, sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to define product requirements and go-to-market plans.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and customer needs.
- Prepare product documentation, pricing models, launch materials, and sales tools.
- Support regional sales and Field Application Engineers with product trainings and technical guidance.
- Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and adjust priorities accordingly.
- Represent the product at trade shows, customer meetings, and internal reviews.
- Coordinate with global headquarters on product lifecycle management and localization efforts.
- Field Engagement: Travel (approx. 30%) for customer visits, joint end-user meetings, and representation at industry exhibitions.
Qualifications
- Native or professional fluency in both Mandarin and English is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in power electrical engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of proven project/product management experience in defining product strategy, launching products, and driving adoption (Power Supply or Electronics industry highly preferred).
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel at least 30% of the time.
- A proactive, "can-do" attitude with the ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
