We are an international SaaS company, and our teams are distributed across multiple countries and time zones, and we rely heavily on modern cloud and SaaS tooling to keep our internal operations running smoothly. • Maintain and troubleshoot Windows and macOS devices
  • Assist with identity and access management across internal systems
  • Help maintain security and compliance on endpoints and SaaS tools
  • Automate repetitive tasks using scripts (PowerShell, Bash, etc.)
  • Manage and maintain the cloud accounting platform
  • Work with cloud services and internal tooling as part of day-to-day operations
  • Write and maintain documentation and instructions for internal employees
  • Asset management (acquisition and control of equipment)
  • Work closely with the Ops lead on day-to-day tasks, improvements, and ad-hoc requests, with room to ask questions and learn along the way

What success looks like in this role

  • Users feel supported and get timely, clear help
  • Communication is calm, clear, and proactive
  • Tasks and requests are handled reliably, and users know what's happening without needing to chase for updates
  • You take ownership of recurring operational work
  • You become a trusted person for day-to-day ops work
  • Around 3+ years of experience in IT operations, internal IT, or a similar role
  • Hands-on experience supporting Windows and macOS environments
  • Basic scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash, or similar)
  • Comfort working with multiple SaaS tools and learning new systems
  • Good communication skills and a user-focused mindset
  • Professional working proficiency in English (B2+)
  • Ability using LLM tools in daily activities

Nice to have:• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or similar)

  • Basic knowledge of Linux
  • Experience with CI tools (GitHub, GitLab, TeamCity, or similar)
  • Experience with Terraform or infrastructure-as-code tools

  • Bi-annual company-wide trips, including Armenia in 2023 and Switzerland in 2025, with more to come
  • Fully remote work from Germany, the UK, Armenia, or France (you're welcomed to apply from any of these locations)
  • A flexible, employee-focused culture
  • An innovative and collaborative team environment
  • Great working conditions designed to support your best work
