About the role
The intern will assist with project scheduling, cost tracking, and material requisitions while coordinating with managers and subcontractors. They will also participate in jobsite visits to monitor construction progress, quality control, and site safety.

The Position:
- Assist with project scheduling, coordination, budgets, progress reports, and weekly project schedules.
- Support quantity reporting, cost tracking, labor budgets, and material scheduling.
- Communicate with Construction Managers, subcontractors, and vendors to obtain project updates.
- Assist with material requisitions, project documentation, and general project administration.
- Participate in jobsite visits and observe construction activities, progress, and quality.
- Assist with addressing project delays, weather impacts, and other jobsite challenges.
- Support site safety efforts and participate in owner, subcontractor, and project meetings.
- Assist with quality control and building positive relationships with customers, subcontractors, and project team members.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Self-starter and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
