The Senior Manager of Reliability Engineering will define quality and regulatory requirements while executing product-specific qualification strategies for semiconductor technologies. They will also lead the Technology Review Board, manage change notifications, and serve as the primary liaison to government agencies and customers regarding product quality.

Your roleKey responsibilities in your new role
- -Define quality and regulatory requirements & execute product-specific qualification strategies / aspects for semiconductor technologies, packages and internal release of products.
- -Liaison to government (DLA) and customers, relative to MIL-PRF-19500 performance program activities and product qualifications.
- -Maintain regulatory military standard test method compliance and factory technology certifications.
- Perform contract reviews and conversion of customer requirements.
- Interface & align with Product Engineering to co-develop product datasheets.
- Maintain good understanding of failure mechanisms and usage of environmental/mechanical screening and stress-test methods.
- Lead Technology Review Board (TRB) and Class 1 Change Management (CM) activity.
- Release authority for Change Management and Product Change Notification including preparation of GIDEP notices.
- Liaison to government (DLA) and customers concerning product quality matters.
- Release authority for product disposition (development, deviations, qualification or QCI failures, special clearance).
- Subcontractor coordination & alignment of Quality related activity.
- Collaborate with DLA and JEDEC community to define and recommend changes to military performance standards and test methods.
- Incorporate changes to norms and standards to ensure product and test method compliance.

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline.· Minimum of 10 years of experience leading in a semiconductor (microelectronic) company.· Minimum of 5 years of experience in military / aerospace electronics. Desired Skills· Must have excellent skills in communication, organization and project management. · Possess good planning, analysis, innovation, and negotiation skills.· Proficient with Military or IATF standards, such as MIL-PRF-19500, MIL-STD-750 and/or AEC-Q101.
