Are you a fit? Sounds awesome, right? Now, let’s make sure you’re a good fit for the role:

  • 2+ years of Android Mobile development experience
  • A strong background in software engineering and web technologies. Previous experience with Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and GraphQL is a huge plus.
  • Experience building user-facing, scalable, highly-performant mobile applications.
  • Familiarity with API design and cloud-based infrastructure and deployments.
  • A natural curiosity and desire to understand and even contribute to the entire technology stack.
  • A passion for news and creativity to introduce new ideas and technologies. If you have a background in journalism, even better!

Nice-to-have:

AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.

This a position based in Barcelona in a hybrid mode (3 days per week at the office)
